Ace is the leader of the band of bullies in Castle Rock, they are always picking on Chris and the others.Ace is supported by Eyeball Chambers "Chris' brother", Billy Tessio "Vern's brother", Charlie Hogan, and other couple of punks.
Billy and Charlie found out about the body in a car-boosting then Vern heard them talking about it.
